I have experience working with a variety of issues, with extensive expertise in providing therapeutic support for individuals who have faced additional challenges in life. This may have been due to neurodiverse traits or physical differences (visible or hidden), or because they live with someone who has these traits or differences.
Some of the clients I have worked with have received a diagnosis prior to therapy, but many have come to therapy with no idea as to why they are feeling so overwhelmed with day to day life. Their symptoms have included emotional disregulation, rage, anxiety, depression, inflexible thought processes, sensory overload, and other challenging mental health issues.
I also have experience working with twins, grief and bereavement as well as identity issues.
I enjoy working alongside my clients, helping them to explore ways of navigating difficult thoughts and feelings, understanding those that serve them well and which ones possibly need rethinking.
If any of the following topics seem like something you might be struggling with, I can help.
